Central Africa (possibly Chokwe / Pwo type, attributed)

Wood with dark patina and fibre coiffure.
Height: 26 cm.

Carved female face with narrow, half-closed eyes, delicate mouth and geometric cheek scarification. The coiffure is indicated by carved elements and remains of braided fibre attachments.

The refined expression relates to Chokwe Pwo-type masks; however, certain characteristic features are absent, and the attribution remains tentative without documented provenance.
